Senior Account Manager

What we are looking for:
Brandmovers, Inc., the global leader in digital engagement, is seeking an experienced SR. Account Manager that has a passion for digital marketing and client satisfaction. The Sr. Account Manager will become the lead on key digital accounts at Brandmovers and serve as a steward to the client in the digital world.
The Sr. Account Manager will work collaboratively with our Business Development, Digital Strategy, Creative, and Development teams to provide our clients with compelling digital solutions such as Digital Engagement Strategy, Digital Media Planning/Buying, SEM, SEO, Web Design, Digital Promotions, Social Media Services and Mobile App Development. Specifically, the Sr. Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts at Brandmovers helping to understand, research, and present the best digital marketing practices that drive results for clients and revenue for Brandmovers.
The Sr. Account Manager will also identify servicing issues, structure resolutions, and follow-through on the tasks that ensure that Brandmovers continuously improves its relationships and performance on key accounts. The position requires the ability to work in a start-up environment with the flexibility, creativity, and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
Collaborates with Brandmovers strategists and clients to conceptualize and develop digital campaigns that generate positive engagement and customer value.
Creates and directs project workflow and deadlines; communicates these consistently and clearly to client contacts, generate reports, and provide interpretation as needed.
Leads and manages digital promotions team members and other support staff.
Contributes to the creative component of projects.
Supports scope development and execution.
Oversees new program development ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are delivered, and client expectations are met.
Responsible for account planning, budgets, revenue.
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the COO of any problems that may arise.
Works closely with the design and development teams in order to maintain continuous knowledge of project status and to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the teams.
Sets realistic expectations with the client for deliverables and makes every effort to exceed them, providing quality work in a timely manner.
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Understands the company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Skills expected for this role:
Possess an intense passion for digital engagement marketing in general.
Must be assertive and able to demonstrate initiative, leadership and strong follow-up skills.
Must possess excellent decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation.
Must be extremely organized, able to manage multiple accounts while multitasking, keeping projects on a timeline, and within budget.
Detailed oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive “can do” professional attitude.
Great communication skills.
High level of initiative and the ability to take complex direction from multiple inputs.
Be able to synthesize complex direction and creatively implement that direction into marketing plans/campaigns.
Possess a high degree of organization and the ability to prioritize and anticipate issues.
Experience with meeting deadlines and managing timelines effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to lead and inspire in a team environment
Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
7 + years of account experience in an advertising agency
3 + years as a Account Executive in a Digital Agency
Bachelor's Degree required.
A fun, positive, can do attitude.
